December 17th marked another milestone in the development of pioneer electric aircraft Heart ES-19. For the first time, a scale model of the plane took flight at the Heart Aerospace HQ’s at Säve Airport in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Heart Aerospace today announced that it has selected Aernnova to co-design the structure for the new ES-19 electric airplane – an all electric aircraft designed to carry nineteen passengers on short regional routes. The first ES-19 is scheduled to enter into service by 2026.
